Nope, there shouldn't be a problem at all. The splitters will have some loss in them, so the signal getting to the subs won't be as strong - but I don't think that I've ever read where someone had a problem with that. The result might be that you turn the sub level up a bit on the receiver, or the gain up a bit on your subs.
