Hello: First time visitor and would like to ask advice/help. Have an SONY PCV-RZ54G desktop multimedia system. Everything has been going great until.....
Was having trouble trying to make VCR tapes into DVD's (got a library full of VHS tapes). Could not get a transfer and asked SONY support for info guidance. Ended up having to restore system after following directions. Too bad as I had received an upgrade to Windows XP MCE 2005 in March, but had not created a restore point. CD that htey had supplied is scored and after many attempts still cannot read it. Sony support says they do not have this CD any longer. I am out of luck unless someone can give me some ideas, thoughts on how to obtain a copy of this CD somewhere. I am more than willing to pay for it, just would like to get back to where we once were. Any thoughts? Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
