just noticed lately that when certain scenes come on my TV, especially dark scenes, some times the black has a sort of green tinge to it. I know I'm being very vague but its kinda hard to explain. The picture has been good for the last 6 months or so. Could it be the lamp?

picture is the same if I watch a dvd (hdmi connect) or TV (composite connect) if I turn the contrast a ll the way down it gets rid of it a bit, but hen it screws up everything else. I dunno

its hard to tell the only thing I could think of is trying to adjust the tint

I was wondering what you thought of nuance some one was trying to sell me a pair for $300 spatial 3L I called krazy krazy in winnipeg they said they were worth $3000 then I looked up speakers on the net and it seems most poeple are calling them a scam im big into audio but I cant say......i've never heard them

You don't by any chance have a subwoofer or speaker near the tv? I have had a similar problem with low quality unsheilded tv's before.

TV calibration

Try a calibration DVD like Avia or Digital Video Essentials to dial in your set. Most HDTV are way off from 65k out of the box.
