What's your problem? In any case, I would doubt it's your cable.

This is from logitech web site:
http://www.logitech.com/speakers-audio/home-pc-speakers/devices/224
Specs tab:
Supported digital formats:
Dolby Digital
DTS and DTS 96/24 e
PCM (uncompressed stereo): 44.1 kHz / 16 bit through 96 kHz / 24 bit
Aka 192Khz/24bit digital format is not supported by your speakers system, and honesly even it would be supported - you'd never able to tell the difference b'ween 96/24 and 192/24 on these speakers.

Just my 2c. Any optical cable should be able to pass 192/24 over reasonable (short) distance...

Ah thank you for your reply BoredSysAdmin.
The strange thing is: Me and a old friend of mine both lived in the same house and we both had a Logitec Z-5500 and he had his speakers on a COAX and he did listened on 24bits 192Khz. What i am also whondering is if its mabey becouse i use a toslink instead of a coax that i cant get a 192khz but i do think u are right about that i won't hear the difference on a Logitec Z-5500

Toslink and Coax cables use the exact same protocol - S/PDIF.

S/PDIF does not support 24/192.
