wi-fi audio (media) streamer

I'm looking for some advice from anyone who might have crossed this road before.

I am looking for a wi-fi media streamer, something that connects to my network and reads my media servers. I run Logitech Media Server and my Android UPNP program reads it great and streams music from its headphone jack.

I'd like that same capability from a dedicated device such as the Squeezebox that is capable of decoding 24/96 flac files. My phone chokes on them and I'd like it to have audio-outputs so I can run audio into a two-channel amp.

I have a Squeezebox Classic, I've had it for years and years and love it. I would buy another one in a second but Logitech no longer makes it and it's likely that support for it will decline in coming years.

But I'm thinking there has to be an alternative. Not one of those $1K+ high-end boxes either, I think this task should be performed at around $200.

This is proving more challenging than I thought.

a) Upgrade the phone :) Even My old Galaxy S2 was able to play 24/96 Flacs not to mention my current S4 :)
b) Denon DNP-720AE Network digital music player with built-in Apple AirPlay® and Wi-Fi® at Crutchfield.com - this is the closest to what you are looking for
c) Popcorn Hour : Popcorn Hour C-200 - this one is in it's own class - it is so much more than a simple audio streamer

The Nuvo P100 will stream 24/96 but it will require the additional Gateway module to go Wifi.

The P100 is about 450.00.

I have been looking too; and, I think an Airport Express is a satisfactory solution. Still, I am not sure if it will feed 24/96, or requires everything I want to stream to first be placed in iTunes library. Right now, I am using a X-FI HD as a USB to S/PDIF interface from laptop to pre/pro but my wife does not like the cables all over the floor; thus, my need to stream.
