Hi guys i have a budget between three hundred to five hundred. My family room dimensions are 13' 6'' x
18'6''.Height is 8'. i,m looking at Emotiva basx S10. Elac Debut s10Eq and Svs Pb 1000 and Sb1000. I;m probably 50/50 music to bluray's. I woula appreciate any help from you! Thanks!

None of your options will provide the kind of LFE for HT that the guys here like.
I would throw out the following option as a superior alternative to them:
Buy two JBL Studio 550p subwoofers for $338.

Bottom line, this sub is fair competition for any of the subs on your list except, due to the close-out pricing you can get 2 for the price of one. It is a no brainer in my book.

Here is a comparison Gene did of dual 8" sealed subs (green) vs one ported 12" sub (red):

Note that the single 12" did provide a higher max SPL level (which this graph would not reflect).
Also, understand that the large deviations from a flat curve are due to room effects and this demonstrates mainly how two subs smooth out the in room response!
