Which Sub?Help!

I got a system that consist of a Yamaha 2600 and Axiom speakers (2 x m22, 3 x QS8 and vp150). But last week my sub an Infinity IL 100S die, so I need a new sub. Im between the Axiom EP350 and the Rocket ULW-10 (since axiom got free shipping prices are almost the same).
What are the suggestion between this two or what other alternative should I consider?

The 350 actually seems to most often be said not to be a great value. 28Hz isn't very deep for a $650 sub. The ULW is $499, at which point, unless you are in Canada, the SVS PB-10 will probably give you more for your money.

Deal on ULW-10

Check if you can still get the AH deal on the ULW-10 for $400. There is a link in the AH review. The 10" SVS will player lower, but it definately does not look as good as the rocket subs.

For $650, I'd be taking a strong look at a Hsu STF-3 tuned to 20Hz or an SVS PB-12ISD. I almost feel like I plug these companies too much, but I've yet to find something of a better value in subwoofering (other than DIY).

Why are you pushing SVS all the time?,When theres better in canada let alone all the money you will save? Sure they offer return but wait till you see how you get ripped off for 2 times shipping cost you loose shipping fees/gst your money buy back to bank with visa,This will almost cost you a double sub pb10 price.

So whats the story Basshead? What is your goal here? You constantly bash SVS, a proven good buy, and NEVER offer a substitute.

I think all can agree when I say, shape up, or ship out. We don't need your negativity in this forum.

I'm not saying you have to push SVS, or any company, but it your going to help someone spend their money, coments like "don't buy either" are not helpful.

Definitely works for some electronics company, not sure which one. What's even funnier is their gripe here is with a sizable product shipping from US to Canada, not with SVS in particular.

What sub in Canada is better than SVS (price independent)? I haven't heard a better sub for the price, what OTHER reason would there be? DUH.
