Which speaker?

Hi,

Im currently planning on upgrading my system or eventually buying a whole new set for HT. Im currently looking at the recommended setups and with that on the $12k System. If lets say you can get away with some of the things listed lets say the seats and others, how would you redo it again? What speakers and amps/reciever shoul i go with? i can allow a $4000-$5000 buget on the speakers and possibly about $2000 for the reciever, or you can jumble it as to your recommendations.

BTW: if possible speaker brands available here would only be...
1)Morduant Short
2)Paradigm
3)polkaudio LSi
4)Energy
5)B&W
6)Monitor Audio
6)Definitive Technology
7)Klipsch

The B&Ws would be my choice hands down if I had your budget. Their speakers are awesome. Good luck !

look on audiogon.com with 4,000 you will have an awesome choice

you could get B&W N804, quad 22L, dali helcion, totem, vienna acoustics, energy veritas, von schweikert VR4 jr., vandersteen, dynaudio, audio physics, also look at the internet speakers. swan, axiom, and onix. listen to as many as you can. when you hear the right one for you . you will have a grin from ear to ear. do not rush take you time.

oH also forgot to tell you to look at salk speakers and selah audio too

you cannot beat salk speakers.
