Which receiver with preouts?

I have an Onkyo TX-SR606 right now which does not have preouts for a separate amp. I am looking at a 3 channel Emotiva amp but can't decide which receiver to buy that has the preouts.... I want basically the cheapest receiver that has preouts but at the same time I dont want junk. I am guessing there isn't too much junk out there if it has preouts but ya never know. Any help would be awesome!

I like the Yamaha RX-V663, but I'm not aware of all of the new ones that have come out this year.

SR4002 - Plenty of pre-outs.

You might want to check out the HK AVR-247, you can find them on eBay for like $200-275 refurbished, mine came in mint condition. Sounds great, has a lot of inputs/outputs including preouts.

About the Onkyo TX-SR705, it has Audyssey MultEQ XT and THX Select2, plus pre-outs for all channels.
The will make the perfect Surround Processor to mate with external amp(s).

That will be my very first choice, and you can find it for very cheap too.
