Which Receiver to use for Paradigm Studio 60

Ill be buying a paradigm studio 60 soon.
Can an Onkyo TX-SR706 be adequate to run the studio 60 speakers?
My listening area would be around 4mx6m (24m2).

What would be the difference if i will be using a higher power receive, say 120W or 140W (aside from me being a bit poorer by a few hundred bucks ?
Power aside, will the audio quality differ or will it be just the same? I don't intend to put the speakers on a very high volume. Btw it will be a 5.1 system with an SVS sub.
