Okay, I know it sounds strange but at this moment I am now the owner of a Pioneer VSX-1020-K, and aDenon AVR-3310ci.

I now must decide to keep one and sell the other. I do realize that these aren't in the same class, but I figured that since the denon was older it might not have certain features that the Pioneer might have. I really like the Ipod integration through the Pioneer, but that's not a huge deal.

I'm going to be using this with an optoma projector, blu-ray player, cable box, and ipod. I will also be using a 5.1 setup.

I've only been able to hookup the pioneer, and it sounds great.
Sound is the most important thing to me....and I'm guessing that the Denon will probably blow away the pioneer. If anyone has any experience with these two please let me know... Thank You.

In direct modes with volume level-matched, I doubt that any receiver will totally blow any receiver away.

But I would still keep the Denon 3310 just the same.:D
