which one?

I currently have a Marantz sr 8002 but I just came across a Denon 5800 for $150 that is in pristine condition.I know it doesn't have hdmi but that is a non issue with me.Sound quality which would you prefer?

Just what features are important to you? How do you define sound quality? They should be fairly equivalent in their pure direct modes. I'd find a unit with hdmi much more useful than a unit without but that's me....
