Which new TV from Best Buy?

I have a Best Buy credit card and I'm not sure which TV to buy. Here are the choices.

<a href="http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=pcmcat95100050022&type=category&parentCatID=null&initialize=false&initialize=true&_requestid=8296"]http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=pcmcat95100050022&type=category&parentCatID=null&initialize=false&initialize=true&_requestid=8296">30 - 39 inch TV's</a>

I am willing to go as high as 1099.99 as far as price. I'm leaning toward the 37 inch Toshiba because of the size. I don't need a tuner and the size for the price is pretty tempting. But picture quality is paramount to everything else. So if you guys could tell me which TV looks the best I would appreciate the advice.

Thanks.

Honestly as far as TVs go its as much about preferences as anything else, many people have their own opinions. Samsung and Sharp make good LCDs personally I like the sharp more but its something you should go into the store and look at yourself. No one can tell you what you will like.

I'd stay away from Toshiba if I were you. I was recently looking at a Toshiba DLP that I saw for a great price. Luckily, I googled it and came across TONS of people complaining about the bulb burning out almost immediately or multiple times in one year.

I know you're talking about an LCD TV, but if they make bad DLP's, I would assume that they make bad LCD's also.

You might want to take a look at the new sony 37H1000. It should be availible very soon if not already and should be about $1000.

Stay away from Best Buy. Their "after the sale" attitude/service absolutely stinks. As for the Toshiba LCD, it does have a great picture, but you can probably find the same set elsewhere for about the same price. Also, I'm about to suggest somewhere you can look that may completely surprise you......... Sears. Yes, Sears. They actually have pretty competetive pricing and as far as TV's go, they actually have a pretty good selection. AND it's Sears. The "after the sale" attitude (returns, service, etc) they have will almost always be better than just about any other retailer out there. They also PRICEMATCH. They will match advertised pricing with any of the major retailers INCLUDING Best Buy.
