Which method is better?

<font color='#000000'>I've got Avia, but for audio I prefer the Sheffield Lab's 'My Disk' available from Parts Express.  It has over 80 tracks of really excellent calibration tones and reference level recordings.  The booklet in the jewel case is very helpful.</font>

<font color='#000000'>Avia has more sophisticated tests than just pink noise. &nbsp;For setting a simple balance, it probably doesn't much matter.</font>
