Which loudspeaker do you reccommend: ESS PS5a or B&W DM602 S3?

Hi, i am new in hi fi universe, and i am buying my first equipment.

I bought a Sony PS-5100, and I will buy any of these two amplifiers: Sansui 6060 or Yamaha Cr-600.

I don't know whether to buy a ESS PS5a or a B&W DM602 S3.

Could you please counsel me whether to buy the ESS or the B&W? And with amplifier do you think suits better: Sansui or Yamaha?

Why just those two speakers? What did you narrow it down from? Have you compared them directly?

I'd settle on speakers before worrying about amplification, tho neither of those old receivers appeals particularly to me. Starting with vinyl why? Sounds like a hipster setup

FWIW I remember when ESS speakers were fairly new our company handled exports to various countries for them (not sure if this was one of the models but its from the right time range I think)....many had issues/complaints is all I remember, altho they sounded good.
