Which Camaro is this?

It's an IROC-Z, but I don't know which year, etc. The owner moves it around the apartment complex and out to the street to avoid it being towed away as junk. The interior is a mess to say the least.

That term struck me as so stooopid that it and the green factory color are the only two memorable things that stuck in my memory.

I'd guess 1988-1990, but I'm not sure.
