Which Cable To Connect iPod to 605?

I am going to plug my iPod into one of the front jacks (Stereo, RCA, or Optical) of my Onkyo 605 to play music on my 5.1 system. Which would be the best quality for music ( 3.5mm Stereo to...)

(I can't find a stereo to toslink)

Stereo mini to RCA is the only cable you can use.
