I'm using a Behringer A500 bridged to power my Kappa Perfect sub and it barely breaks a sweat. It can easily hit 100 dB (sorry neighbors!) and according to the Behringer meter could get to 120+ dB before running out of juice. If either of those subs is 8 ohms, the Behringer would work nicely.
I couldn't find much info on the Nady and what I did find was confusing. I don't think I would trust it based on the limited info I was able to dig up. The Alesis is spec'd very similar to the Behringer, so it will more than likely perform similar to my A500.
The Shiva sub is realistically 4 ohms, so I would look into a Yamaha P series or Behringer Europower amp. None of the amps you listed can provide more than a couple hundred watts into 4 ohms. If you want to do both subs, the Behringer EP2500 is probably your best value, since it is stable down to 2 ohms (which would give you the most output from your RE 15)
