I have a pair of PSB Alpha Subsonic 5's. They have 10" drivers that are rated at 4 ohms/70 watts RMS/110Watts Peak/220Watts Dynamic Peak.
The specs are:
Frequency Reponse 30 Hz - 150 kHz
Sensitivity 107 dB
I am not paying $160 for their replacement driver. Besides Parts Express, where is an online store that I can go through and look at drivers. PE just didn't have a huge selection.
I am assuming I need a woofer that goes down to around 28-30 Hz. I ended up getting these for free. I don't care if they are not going to be 'spot on' spec wise.
