Where to buy in in ohio

I live near Columbus and Cinci.I would like to audition psb,energy and polk rti series speakers.I'm in the market for speekers but can't seem to find/know were I can hear these or some mid-priced speakers (300-500 a pair).I"d like or rather buy used, but I don't want to buy blind.
Tried to go off reviews but I don't know what my listening preferance is,Bright,soft,laid-back,natuel??These were all the discriptions used to discribe speakers and I get lost.Closest I got to auditioning speakers was at circuitcity in Beavercreek and the best floorstander they had was the polk monitor 70 series and at bestbuy the klipch synergy f'2's.Was not impressed by either.

Hey, Deezer. If no one can point you to a specific set of stores, you can always check out the dealer locator on the websites for the brands that interest you. I checked the sites for Polk, PSB, and Energy, and they all have that feature. You'll probably want to call the stores to see if they have the models that you want to audition.

I'm in Dayton, OH myself and will gladly help you as much as I can. My company deals in nearly two dozen speaker brands and while we typically focus on projects mid-fi & up, there are a lot of great speakers out there I could point you to in the sub $500/pair range. I'll gladly order in samles of anything you'd like to try and let you listen to them in-home.

No store, not a functioning one anyway. We've got a space that we're remodeling onto a design center but unfortunately it's nowhere near completed. I can go over a list of brands & models in your price range and get some stuff brought in for you to try in your own home listening environment if you'd like?

Everything we do is in-home consultation, project based work. We really couldn't survive selling, demoing, or stocking lots of $500 pair of speakers so needing a "store" for people to come in and audition speakers isn't where my head's at. I'd rather bring some stuff in that fits your $ range and let you try it out on your own time & in your own space. Then, if you like something, I'll give you a quote and you can choose to keep it, or not. Either way, I'm happy to help you out.

I know its been awhile but I ended up buying some older psb speakers: 6t,9c I thank you very much for the help but I was able to buy all three speakers (L/C/R) for $535.00.
