When HDMI 1.3 hits, will I need to replace my HDMI cables?

Next year, I'll have a full 1.3 setup (PS3, Receiver, possibly tv, etc). Now, I've got a few HDMI cables. For the "deep color" etc that will be implemented on Q3 or Q4 tvs, will my HDMI cables not pass all the video information?

No, you will not need to replace your cables. The different implementations of HDMI (1.1, 1.2. 1.3) all use the exact same cables.
