When do the New AVRs come out?

They are out already. They came out late 2017.

I think Hetfield is pretty much correct. The major receiver manufactures come out with a new model almost every year. ex -Yamaha 3040, 3050, 3060 3070. There is not a whole lot of difference between the 3060 and 3070.
