I usually use JaKaL which is my initials with A's stuck between them.

Playing an online FPS deathmatch I use something stupid like 'a naked chick'. So players get on screen messages like 'You were fragged by a naked chick'. Drives the nerds crazy. I'll also use 'nobody' or 'player 1'.

On PC for fps matches like HL2: Deathmatch I go by Mikey, Beowulf or Jesus' Poop.

Like JKL, I and others get a kick out of it when the screen says:

Player 1 was humiliated by Jesus' Poop

Juvenile? Of course. But funny.

Plus sometimes I just like to act like a 13 year old online. It gets tiresome always being the one upstanding respectful anonymous player online...
