Whats means 3.1.2ch in any soundbar?

Recently, I saw a Samsung soundbar stating it has 3.1.2ch so what is the meaning of that because most times I saw only a 2.1 or 3.1 ch soundbar.

The first number (3) means how many "flat" channels there are, in this case, a left channel, right channel, and center channel. The second number (1) means how many dedicated subwoofer units there are, in your case, you there is 1 wireless subwoofer included. The third (2) number means how many upwards firing channels there are, in this case, there are 2 upwards firing drivers built into that soundbar that is meant to simulate ceiling speakers.
(this applies to all surround sound setups)

First number. Base layer speakers. Eg 2,3,5,7 are the common ones. Second number is subwoofers. 0,1,2 are common. Third is for Dolby atmos overhead/upfiring speakers, 2,4 are the most common.

Lastly soundbars are not suitable for any situation as they are incapable to match a traditional system with av receiver and speakers placed at specific angles for immersive surround sound.

I would agree with your statement as a fully custom setup will suit your specific room the best no matter how hard soundbars try, they will never match the experience a fully custom setup provides. But on the other hand, some people just want a all in one unit that quite literally is plug and play. or they may have no room or just don't want to wire and tune it so soundbars are good for that kind of situation. (Just don't get a crappy budget soundbar, that will ruin everything you play out of it).
