I tried to start a new thread and post this question (below) three times, and doesn't show up.
Is there something wrong or negative about ALPS Potentiometers?
I was asking a question on another board, regarding the Odyssey Temptest Pre-Amp, and someone responded that it uses a "Pot" or " Potentiometer " for the Volume. He was implying this was a bad thing. But I asked why this was a bad thing, and he never responded.
Why would a ALPS Potentiometer be a negative?
