Whats are your thought Crown CE 2000?

I am looking to get a subwoofer amp and have a option of getting one of these for cheap ($200). I was just wondering what your guys opinions were on this amp. I know it is not the top of line crown. But it is a crown which are known for there durability.

I am not sure on the sub yet but will probably be doing a ported box.

I think I found the sub I am going to go with the Dayton RSS315HF-4. What do you guys think about this sub.
