What wires do I need?

Alright, as a total noob who has been convinced not to buy a HTiB and piece things together, I've bought some AS-F2's and a AS-C1 to go with a Panasonic XR50 and Samsung DVD-HD841. The dvd player is connected to the tv by DVI cable, and I've decided that the cables I need will come from Blue Jeans.

What wires will I need to set this entire thing up?

Are you going to run digital coax from the DVD to the receiver? What type of video are you using, composite, Svideo, component?

DVI cable to TV (done)
Digital audio coax cable from dvd to receiver (any single coax video cable will work too)
Subwoofer coax cable if you have a subwoofer

If you are buying from bluejeans, then opt for the cheapest speaker cable they sell (belden 5000)
