I'm thinking this is not manufacturer specific, but anyways I have an lt.1300 amp from eD and was going to replace the 2 fuses with speculation that one of them is creating the "hum/buzz" sound my amp will randomly make. There is a fuse accessible from the back next to the plug prongs on the amp which is a 12A 250V fuse. And inside the amp on the power board there is a 15A 250V fuse. Does anyone know which style (fast blow, standard, slow) that each one would be? I'm assuming slow on the internal fuse, but I'm not sure about the external. Any thoughts?

Leave the fuses alone. The fuses are definitely not the cause of your problem.

Is the buzz coming from the amp case or the speakers?

If the buzz is coming from the amp itself, the problem is loose laminations in the power transformer core. This will be very expensive to replace, so I would try and put up with it.

It's definitely from the amp itself. I've had the amp less than a year so it should still be under warranty.

I talked to their tech department and I'm just going to send it back for them to check it out and hopefully repair it. They said at a worst they can replace the transformer.

Seriously, I have no life.

Since it is under warranty, that is the best choice.
Was this buzz a mechanical buzz? If so, a fuse cannot cause it as TLS mentioned.

It's an electrical buzz, sounds like it might be the transformer. The only thing I'm worried about is that it doesn't exist all the time. I'll be using my setup in normal use for a day or 2, maybe 3, and then at the end of the night when I go to shut everything down, I'll realize there is this faint buzz coming from the amp itself. I measured it with my spl meter and it's about 55db from a foot away. You can barely tell it's there until I shut everything off, then it's clear.

But my point is, I can sit here and use it as though everything is fine. 3 hours last night, no issue. But every couple days it resurrects itself by the end of the night. I'm worried someone could troubleshoot it and say no problem found, then what... Plus, my warranty is up in less than a month.

That is exactly the way noisy transformers act. The buzz tends to become more noticeable as the core heats up.

Now your fault is intermittent, and after a journey and limited testing time, that fault may well not show up.

However, if they are decent they will swap out the amp or change the transformer. There really is not anything else that is a likely contender to cause this problem.

If they are not decent about it, you will have to put up with it. This problem is unlikely to cause the transformer to fail.
