i got a Denon receiver AVR-3600 and have a pair of Energy c-5, what kind of amp would work good with this and what piece should i get Energy? like the center or sub or surrounds?

Why don't you use the Denon for the speakers? You don't "need" to use it as a pre-amp, but for amps I would go with the AudioSource Monoblocks. They can be found @ www.parts-express.com and the part numbers are:
#302-610 (Amp 5.1) #302-612 (Amp 5.2) #302-614 (Amp 5.3)

I like these cus they are work horses, have remote turn on, you can daisy chain them, and have built in fans.

Virtually any good sub will match with virtually any good speakers.

Since they deal with only a limited range, their interaction with mains is minimal. It's not like they need be timbre matched like the fronts for good sound. As long as they produce good, solid bass, and your receiver has decent bass management, you're home free.
