I’m working on setting up my home theater in my new house and wondering what speakers to pair with my JBL EC25 Center channel. This will mostly be for movies but occasionally used for music. My other speakers are some budget Polk R300s. What would you guys recommend for front floor or bookshelf speakers and in ceiling or wall mounted rear surrounds? Also, looking for sub recommendations to go with this system. As far as budget goes I’d like to stay around the same price level as the center channel. Looking for the best bang for the buck.
The house is open concept with the dining and kitchen separated from the living room by an island and there’s a 2nd living room with a large opening (the size of a sliding glass door) in the wall.
