What should i get?

Well i have an Onkyo 806 which is very nice but i want the HK354 which i have heard and used for a couple days and really liked it. Well i can get a 354 for about $680 and then there is the HK3550HD which is for about 150 more. so what should i get, both have almost identical statistics? please help me
