Yamaha Aventage would be my choice and close second Marantz.
2) speakers- the best- emotiva or SVS
SVS or Emotiva you can't go wrong with either one though.
3) Should floor standing speakers match with centre speaker?
Yes.
4) subwoofer- best?- emotiva/ SVS/ Velodyne wiQ10or 12
SVS or Emotiva either one would be good.
5)surround speakers?-the best-emotiva/ warfaedale/ SVS
Any of those.
6)Atmos Speakers ? - Dali alteco/SVS speaker/ emotiva t2 height
Not familiar with Dali Alteco. Either SVS or Emotiva will do a good job.
Please guide me
I need your frank opinion and reason for same. Please

Like I said go listen with a CD/Bluray and take notes then share your thoughts and we'll go from there. I think if you can afford it I'd go for the speaker packages. The Pioneer package is affordable and are a great choice. The sub is decent not great though. Just get the SVS sub and He/you'll be good. If you have the money the SVS package is outstanding. My pleasure.

I personally have yet to come across any HDMI issues with Yamaha. Have had some handshake issues with some Marantz units, but that could be any number of things and possibly not the receivers. Only receivers I've seen widespread HDMI board problems on has been the series of Onkyo/Integra/Pioneer receivers from a few years ago (they seem to have improved recently).

In regard to Marantz receivers' power ratings, don't just believe the raw numbers every manufacturer states. In my experience, Marantz is more conservative in their ratings than many other brands. If they say 50 Watts per channel, it may be true or even underrated. When you see 100W/channel in a home-theater-in-a-box, don't believe it...like at all. Went to a customers' house recently that wanted me to hook up their Panasonic HTIB and the box said 1000 Watt system. Was claiming 100W/channel x 5 and 500W for the "sub." They were teeny tiny cubes plus a cheap-o bass module. All from an all-in-one BD player/receiver. There is zero way that this particular unit would be pushing that sort of power from that amp, let alone through those speakers, which would instantly blow them. When companies claim wattage, too often they're stating Dynamic power, which is worthless.

Seen the same thing with most every brand on their cheap, budget receivers where most fall victim to the wattage wars, where customers just see two side by side on a Best Buy shelf and are swayed toward the one that states higher power. Yamaha's a perfect example, although they're not as aggregious as some other brands. On their cheap stuff (ESPECIALLY their Costco HTIB offerings), don't believe what you see. On their Aventage line or their sweet integrated amps, they are usually pretty conservative and you'll love the results.

Pioneer/Denon are good and a good option. I'm just giving you options. Like I said I would go the Yamaha or Marantz. Another alternative is to buy used on ebay. Not sure if you have craigslist or something similar there?
I always tell anyone who gets a receiver to get one of these. I had the Onkyo TX707(got ruined in a storm) which was plagued with HDMI issues, I read all these issues and still bought one refurbished and never ever had any issues. These are much cheaper than when I saw them: https://www.amazon.in/AC-Infinity-AI-MPF120P-MULTIFAN-S3-P/dp/B01MZ6T8VF/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1514828676&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=AC+Infinity+MULTIFAN+S3,+Quiet+120mm+USB+Fan+for+Receiver+DVR+Playstation+Xbox+Computer+Cabinet+Cooling

I wen't the cheaper route:

Avoid the less expensive Yamaha Aventage receivers. Yamaha really "cheaped out" on the power section!

Here are comments Gene made when he reviewed it:

I love all of the streaming features the Yamaha RX-A860 offers. In fact, I'd say as far as networking and streaming audio goes, this is likely the best option in AV receivers under $1k. However, I don't like how offering all of these features has caused compromises in the most important area, POWER. While the RX-A860 is fine driving small bass-managed 8 ohm speakers, this is the first time I'd actually caution people against using 4 ohm speakers or even running 8 ohm tower speakers on the “large” setting. I’ve never said this about a Yamaha before. It's sad that a $400 predecessor from the very same company offered a more robust amp and power section than this product, which has AVENTAGE moniker stamped on it. To pour further salt on the power wound, the preamp out section of this receiver is a bit weak, making it critical to match with a high gain amplifier to ensure the preamp itself doesn't clip while driving external amplification. I'd like to see Yamaha beef up the amp section so the current limiting could be a little less restrictive and for God's sake, please give us a clean 2Vrms output from the pre-outs of ALL your AV receivers!

Unless you plan to buy into a higher level Yamaha (like the 1070 or better), I would stick with Denon or Marantz. Denon is generally a better deal and Marantz is great, but charges more for essentially the same unit. Since Denon and Marantz have the same owner, it makes sense for them to create an image of the Marantz being superior for audio and the Denon a better deal for HT. However, they are largely the same.
