what receiver to buy?

I have 3 peace of flunace speakers F C R Fluance sub 250 watt.
what receiver should i get to power these speakers with>? I'm kinda low on cash right now say $300.00 us. I know it's low but hey i need some suggetion on what receiver i should get for my 3.1 flaunce speaker set.
I was looking at Pioneer 700W 7.1-Ch 815-k list 299.99 at bestbuy I'v heard this is a great receiver. what u guy's think will that be a good starter point?
if u have any more receiver ideas for my low budget, i would be happy. budget is 300 bucks.:(

That Pio is good but there are better choices at that level.
Check the yamaha htr 5840.

Best Cost Control receiver? I get S/V. They do absolutely no reviews of entry level receivers. I think that was the first in ... forever. Of course they're going to throw Pio a bone. Look closer at the specs on that thing. It's rated at 1% thd in surround, and .7% thd in stereo. I'd recommend spending a little more and get some entry level quality.
