Hey all, So I have no idea what changed but out of the blue my TV remote now turns my receiver on and off lol I never set up my TV remote as a universal remote and this is just baffling to me. Also when the remote turns on the receiver it switches to input AV4 for some reason. I'm laughing as I'm typing this as it is just really weird. I power cycled everything with no change. Hmm Just thought, I wonder if there is a way to reset the remote incase someone else messed with it.... I will try this tomorrow. Info on the setup. TV is a Samsung (not sure the exact model # as I'm at work, but its similar to this one just a year or so older http://www.samsung.com/ca/consumer/tv-video/tv/led/UN60F8000AFXZC ) Receiver is Yamaha RX-A800. Now I do have an IR repeater from monoprice hooked up as my equipment is on the back wall (Similar to this http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=109&cp_id=10110&cs_id=1011009&p_id=9895&seq=1&format=2) If you have any other ideas I would love to hear them....
