What is wrong with my Ultravision RP? (Pic)

Exactly as the title says. This problem occurs when the TV is first turned on. The image eventually goes back to normal, and then squeezes periodically...sometimes within minutes, sometimes within hours. I look forward to reading your replies and getting this problem solved!

Mine is doing the same thing, the red and green guns are going out of alignment, then it can fix itself sometimes. I think it is the control board for the guns that is going bad.

It is the convergence IC's going bad. This is, by far, the most common issue on a rear projection CRT TV. If you have a shop fix it you will probably be out around $300-$400.
