I need a player that decodes all of the audio formats as my receiver cannot do that. I also need a player with 6 channel audio out as my receiver does not send audio out via HDMI and I need to use analog cables.
I do not care about profile 2. I read reviews on CNET for the new s550 and bd55 and from what they said on these 2 models I think the Panny is better for audio decoding.
For what I need do I have a lot of other options, or am I limited to the newer models? Is there an easy reference chart somewhere? I do recall a chart but don't know where it is, nor if it was "easy reference".
