A cheaper and more effective approach to foam would be constructing DIY Bass Absorbers with Owens Corning 703 or Rockwool in the 4-8lbs flavors. A supper cheap but effective bass absorption method would be to fill all of your corners with Roxul AFBs and cover with a breathable fabric.

The corners should be your priority for attacking bass issues. From the pictures of your room it looks like you have some doorways the and equipment that will prevent your from treating all of your vertical corners, so you may need to get a little more inventive and treat the horizontal corners between the floors and ceiling.
