Any chance you can run a 1" or 1.5" conduit when you have everything open so you can make changes later if you have to?

What do you have in the closet that you are trying to hook up to the TV?

At least one Cat5e everywhere you drop cables to and maybe a 4 conductor speaker cable. Better now than trying to do it later.

What kind of cable is the Red/White/Green?

I have no idea what this is.
It's 2 Cat5e cables, which can be used to IR control, future RS-232 control (it's the best way but not much consumer equipment actually uses it). Audio and video can be sent over Cat5e, too- even HDMI. If you can't install some kind of conduit, you'll need to run more cabling than you probably need. To keep it more simple and cut the initial cost, I would do the audio/video switching at the source end. That way, you'll need one main video cable and maybe speaker cabling, if you have LCR speakers around the TV location. If you use the TV's speakers, HDMI should cover that but it's still problematic, at this point. Installing a 2" orange conduit is the best way to keep from being in a position where you need cabling that isn't practical to run. Just don't run it in a way that has frequent or tight bends. Gentle curves makes it much easier to run cables.

Do you have a basement, or crawl space? You could vertical conduit runs up to your closet, and behind the TV.
Depending on your equipment; I'd run at least two dedicated 20AMP lines to the closet.
Also, a dedicated 20 AMP circuit, to where the sub will be located.
