What do you guys think about this sub for my set up?

So I have a Yamaha RXV2500 with Energy C-100 mains, Energy C-50 rears, and a Energy C-C50 center.
I NEED A SUB!!
I am looking at the Velodyne DPS10 and DPS12.
I have also considered the Energy S10.3.
I don;t know what to do??? What do you guys think would complement this system?
I know the rant and rave is HSU and SVS, but I am in Canada and it seems like a real pain in the ***, not mention getting killed on shipping and taxes.

Hsu should still be a good price as they have a distribution center in Canada. Give them a call and see if you can get a quote. I think the STF-3 would be in your budget (especially B-Stock), and you can have it tuned to 20Hz for a real room-rumbler.

Is the HSU really that much better than the Velodyne??
What about Energy subs?

Hsu vs. Velodyne depends on how much you're spending. The upper end Velos are great subs, but I'm convinced that Hsu and SVS are the leaders for sub $1000 sub offerings. You simply can't better bass for your dollar.
