Its also 200 more than the Behringer DCX 2496......If you really want to pay more for a unit that will do 1/100th of what the DCX will do go buy one. Otherwise I would suggest looking into the DCX 2496...

The DCX2496 is FAR more powerful - but the DCX is manual.

Some want the 'auto' everything like the linked device offers.

With the DCX, one has to measure the response and manually set the DCX.

The linked device requires no manual setting and has an all inclusive system, or so it appears from my 3 second glance at the page.
