What do think of the JVC TH-C5 ?system pros cons? also pioneer ?

Hi, I just got teh Th-C5 jvc system

I was wondering what everyone though of it? how does it compare to the other ones out there? is it a good set up? pros cons?

I was also looking at this set up which would be better? is there a big diffrence if any? all you could tell me would be great.I don't plan on buying another for a while.

.....Joe, congratulations on your purchase that gets you solidly into the World of Surround Sound 5.1....JVC has been producing quality items for many years....this system should get plenty loud enough for you to enjoy it thoroughly, and lucky you, the modest price also renders you a sub for those room-shaking lows you're going to love....the second link indicated the Pioneer system is out of stock, but I would probably go with the JVC anyway at that level....get it set up and enjoy it....and, let us know what you think about it.....

Nice looking system. Very sleek and wife friendly - unlike mine.

Ilike it, I wish it had more in and out puts, I have to buy a A/V selector. I would also like to be able to listen to the sound though the tv speakers when playing a dvd ( late night viewing when the family is sleeping) It has anice sound to it. Theset up manul sucks though.
