What are most useing for their power supply??
I don't think my two Surge Protectors are good or atleast one of them!!
Monster makes a device that has four plugins and two for cable wires. It's...
Firstly, I did not
say that
you have bad manners. I
wrote that
it is considered bad manners to double-post.
Secondly, the two posts are eerily similar, but not identical. Therefore, in retrospect, as they are
slightly different, please forgive me.
No, I don't think it will be hard to make friends here. With me, you are not an "enemy" until you make it so.
So carry on, and please forgive the rush to judgment.
BTW: I use a Monster Cable HT5100, and it protects just fine. Some will tell you that some of these protectors limit the available amperage to your amp (or receiver), thus decreasing its' potential volume level. I have toyed with this concept for two years, and have not found it to be true. But, then again, I have 170wpc available, more than enough power to shake your knees, especially when coupled with my relatively efficient 'digm 100's and servo15. The ultimate option is a whole house surge protector, as they protect
all electronics from surges that are plugged into your home's power supply. But they are rather pricey, and not a diy'er proposition. Anyhow good luck in your quest.
