Wharfedale Pro, no sound

Hey.

I've got two Wharfedale Pro speakers (http://citymusic.com.sg/webshaper/pcm/pictures/Wharfedale_Pro/EVP-X/evp-x12_lrg.jpg), each connected through their own subwoofer. A few days ago one of the speakers stopped working. There's absolutely no sound coming through it, but when you turn up the sound a green light starts sort of glowing (the strength of the light varies with the sound) on the front of the speaker. The light is still weaker than on the working speaker. I've tried connecting the non-working speaker through the other subwoofer and also directly to the amplifier with no luck.

I don't really have any knowledge when it comes to speakers, but can the problem be some kind of broken fuse?

Offhand, it sounds like it died.

It's a pretty picture but too generic to tell us anything. If you want advice, you've got to throw us a bone here.

Does it have a model number? Is it a powered speaker?
