Westy 42?

I cant get any remotes to work on my westy 42 TV.I tried the remote codes and didnt work. Both remotes quit at same time. Anybody have any ideas or is it time for a service call?

It seems very unlikely that both remotes would be bad. I know that my westy's IR receiver is not very good. If the remote is not pointed to the exact spot it will not pick up the signal. Is it still under warranty?

Thanks ADK for the reply. Problem is solved. Called Westinghouse, got right thru to tech support and they told me to do a soft reset. I forgot about soft reset. It works fine now.
