I think Im going to get these Dana 630 bookshelf loudspeaker

I haven't seen any news on the SVS mts-01's for sometime now? Have they even started shipping in the States. I know they where scheduled for spring 07 and that time frame was changed to the fall, but that was it! Sorry and I hope you don't mind the question. I was very keen to check these out upon their release and still hope to do so but they are not even on the radar up here.
Lastly, I will have to ask the proverbial question? Will you give us the goods once you put them through their paces.

Billy P, Of coarse I will shoot out the low down on everything I have coming.
I was going to go inwall for my bedroom, but I can't get away from thinking I'll be missing really good quality without a well made speaker box.

After realizing that the Insignia speakers I got from BB for my boy, were so horrible, it was a good time to give him the gift of good audio.. So the Dana's and the SB12 will get a review stacked up against that POS set of Insigna's.. heehehh Im sure the Sub will ship right away, but the speakers won't be coming until possibly mid to late jan.

All booshelf speakers that are in the works will get a full review pitted against my Paradigm Studio 20's .v4 `So I will have a small ensemble to review, once everything arrives...

And I have been dying to see how that Sealed SVS sub sounded, so the B-Stock unit was a no brainer..

Thanks Warp. It would appear you have amassed a good deal of goodies. I will vouch for the SB12 plus I auditioned it awhile back and it never felt out of place against against some bigger offerings.

Well I got my son motivated to haul my old receiver and Klipsch sub up to his room, and taught him how to hook it all up, so he could enjoy, and I almost got sick listening to it... so It opened up a great oppertunity for the gift giving season, as well as my curiousity...

Are you going to move one of the subs downstairs upstairs to use with the system?

What made you decide on the MBS? Of course if you're moving your rosenut sub upstairs, it makes it that much easier to match

I would say because of SVS track record for producing a quality product with both subs and speakers. Plus a little roll of the dice gamble that they will sound great. It's the adrenalin rush.

My master bedroom is on the first floor....1700^3 and Jr. is upstairs. I am in the middle of a build for my 2 - 15" TC2000 subs, which will replace my SVS Plus/2 - Rosenut and SVS Plus - Piano... One or both of the SVS subs will go into my bedroom system with the MBS setup... Although with the holidays I am not getting anything accomplished.

I have been reading alot about bookshelves, and its gotten to be a toss up between the Sierra-1's, the Swan D2.1SE's or the MBS system... I know that they will be really close, but the ScanSpeak "AirCirc" tweeter and the Peerless brand 6.5" woofer in the MBS sounded like it was going to be something I would like to hear, and I wanted to get in on the preorder price, and return customer discount. So I am starting with those, and if they don't work out, I will check out the others... With the really flexible return policy from SVS, I figured I couldn't go wrong.

Im really happy with my Paradigm's but hey I can't keep buying the same thing here, gotta try out the new stuff and see how it sounds. They are all in the same price range, so lets let the testing begin...

Just got off the phone with Erik @ SVS. He was thinking there is a slim possibility of those speakers going out as soon as next week, otherwise by the end of the month....

Pre Order will be ending soon...

I Also asked him about the LTS line... he stated it was doubtful it will be out by 2008. Unless all the stars aligned perfectly... Looking at late 2008 or probaly 2009.

Im really getting excited about the bookshelf speakers... looking at the specs they weigh in at 27 lbs... thats heavier then my Studio 20's, at 21.5 lbs each.
He said they sounded amazing, the clarity of the tweeter was fantastic....

Well, I guess I have to go furniture shopping now to find something to put this stuff on... OH boy... Any suggestions for really cool bedroom furniture would be a great help...
