Sorry, I hated it. I mean, it didn't really work with me. I hardly laughed, the two main actors didn't really go (maybe owen wilson was okay but vince vaughn didn't work). It would of been funnier if wil ferrell played vince vaughn's role. It didn't even make sense, like how did they make a living? I thought they were both lawyers running a law firm in the beginning, but then when they had an argument, it seemed like they didn't even work together anymore like they just abandoned the buisness. It was also predictable. At the end, I felt my time had been wasted. I guess it was better than watching what was on tv at the time, but its a good thing I rent most of my movies. (obviously all my opinion).

It wasnt the most though provoking movie ever, but it was freaking hilarious. I thought the whole movie was great. I thought Vaughn did a great job with his part. I think is Will Farell would have played the part it would have been just goofy and off the wall. Kinda like his character in bewitched. The two were great togther I thought.

Just my $.02 though

Will Farrell stole the show though for the small part he had, good movie overall I thought. Walken could have had some funny parts though that guy can be hilarious. I'm really like the comedy movies coming out today we are getting some top notch stuff with these comedy groups, the best being the group I call old school (plus ben stiller, owen wilson, steve carrell, and Paul Rudd), I enjoy the broken lizard films(super troopers, Club Dread, Dukes of Hazard, and soon to come "Beer Fest"), and also Happy Madison productions are hit and miss but usually pretty good (Adam Sandler and all his buddies) but Deuce Bigalow European Gigalow really blew he is pretty funny as long as he next to star Adam Sandler on a off the wall film.

You think Jane Seymore is hot in Wedding Crashers. Check here out in Live and Let Die. I'd call her Kitty Kat.

I agree with the above post. I barely laughed at all. Considering how hilarious it was "supposed" to be I was quite disappointed. I must qualify this by saying that Comedies are in a two way tie for my LEAST favorite movie genre with Romances. The only genre worse? You guessed it...Romantic Comedys.

IMO the last movie I saw that I thought was funny was "Something About
Mary" which was what..7 years ago? Last one before that may have been "48 hours" which was more of a comedy drama anyhow. My favorite comedies of all time are Dr StrangeGlove, Blazing Saddles, and Airplane. Most of the time I don't even bother with comedies because you have to sit through about 15 of them before you get lucky and find one that is actually funny. I think most people go just because they WANT to laugh and any ole' recycled joke or situation is enough to get them going...

When I want to laugh I turn on C-SPan and watch the Supreme Court confirmation hearings...that Ted Kennedy is pure comic genious!

Wedding Crashers was a lot better than I thought it would be. I think it verges on "classic" level. Really.

I'm with Rob on this one. My wife and I watched this last night. I was laughing so hard she literally thought I'd wake the kids and made me stop the movie and double check to make sure their door was closed. In the beginning of the movie where Jeremy is talking to his secretary and goes into about a three minute dialog that was non stop: how many takes did he do to get that one right? It was hilarious. Vaughn and Wilson will go down as a comedic duo to rival the other greats after this movie. Not much room for a sequal though. :( This was the funniest movie I've seen in years and was much better than Something About Mary IMO.

This is definately a guys flick though. Reminds me of my twenties when a friend of mine and I had covers when we went to parties in L.A. He owned his own small air freight company and flew a DC 3, I was a top fuel drag racer and had an official license to prove it (old girl friend who worked for the NHRA had it made for my birthday with photo and all). Driving my Porsche 911 helped sell the story. We would laugh our a$$es off at some of the women we met and went for it hook, line, and sinker! Ah to be in my 20's again. :D

I did a "blind buy" of this movie, and I can say I wasn't disappointed at all. Sure I like the thought provoking movies, but I also like the occasional laugh out loud mindless comedy. This certainly falls into the latter category, and I am glad I put it into the collection. Even better yet (IMO) is The 40 Year Old Virgin. My wife and I laughed for a solid 2 hours. Then again we laughed at The Whole Ten Yards, so I guess it doesn't take much....

40 year old virgin is a group movie. If I'm watching it with like 1 person, I don't find it funny. When I watch it with a group, its hilarious. Shows that are funny when its just you watching, are truely great movies/shows IMO.
