Web site with people's color settings?

I have a Hitachi 51f500 tv. I configured it as best I could with Avia's Digital Video essentials, but I want to know if there is a site where people have their "recommended" settings, e.*. brigtness, contrast, sharpness, color etc... for a specific make/model of TV

Looking at someone else's settings is not likely to be of much value to you. Each tv is slightly different and of course your eyes and what you consider a good picture will differ too.

Nonetheless, the direct view and rear projection forums at avsforum is loaded with tweakers that discuss all aspects of video and calibration. Definitely seen that Hitachi discussed over there. Maybe pop in over there and see if you can find what you are looking for.
