Watching the World Cup soccer final without cable

I would like to watch the World Cup final on the 15th, but don't have cable/ESPN.
I figured their are probably some soccer fans here who know what options exist (I hope the networks do not control access to soccer as well as they do the NFL).

WC is on Fox but it still requires you to enter your info in from your provider to gain access. You can probably find a feed from Europe fairly easy.

How would the feed come? Via YouTube?
Any idea if Fox will broadcast it OTA?

The final will be on regular Fox so yes it will be available ota. Some of the quarter finals could be on FS1 and only be online or cable/Sat.

There is always the option of going to the local pub to enjoy sports.
