I originally intended to post this as an reply to D B13 thread, but I figured not too many american maybe aware on this movie (Wasabi) as shamefully so.
Speaking of movie where French man kicks some a$$ !!!
I require every action/comedy movie fan who haven't seen it yet - go out and rent/buy/borrow it NOW !!!!

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0281364/

IMDB ratings, which I usually trust, show very modest 6.5 stars (out of 10) but don't let the average rating fool you - in my book this movie gets strong 8.5/10 any day. This movie is truly hidden diamond

p.s: Movie is in French so subtitles are must have

I'm scared to bring another subtitled movie into my home because my Eye-talian g/f only speaks American. :D

i knew this looked familiar. Probably the only Luc Besson film that I turned off before it was over. I am pretty sure that is what I did anyway.

This fun outing from the pen of Luc Besson is a good example of the kind of action film he turns out when not directing.

It is a thriller trapped inside a pop comedy set in Japan, and gives Reno a chirpy young co-star who bounces around him like a puppy on visiting day at the drunk tank
