First of all, it would be good to get the whole story out.
You first emailed the Help Desk on Wednesday March 5th stating that the other store had pre-orders for the Yamaha receiver at $399, which they didn't according to the website.
You then sent two more emails (asking no real questions) and got responses on the 5th.
Two on the 6th, admitting they indeed do not sell at that price except for some unlisted (and unauthorized) AVS special. You asked no questions.
Two more on the 7th simply stating that if we'll match the price to call you. No further questions. We courteously respond that not only will we give you the 10% off, but will throw in a free HDMI cable and reminding you that have a free 3-year warranty. Basically $10 more than the pother store all-told with warranty.
Three more emails on the 8th basically whining about why we don't simply do price-matching (which we never stated was a policy), and indicating you could care less about the warranty, even after the Store admin says we may be able to throw in 3 cables depending on the length.
Finally, two more emails appear on the 9th (A SUNDAY) indicating that you'd like the deal with 3 cables.
And so, when you don't get a response Monday (remember, you left it as "Call me if you can do this") you come here and lay out this story about how you simply sent a few emails and got no responses.
Nice. I changed the thread title to a more accurate one.
